What do we mean, “Know what to do when you don’t know what to do”?

VUCA.

Volatile, Unpredictable, Complex, Ambiguous.  An acronym for our current society.  It’s the context within which we’re all trying to get our work done.  It means we can’t always rely on what has worked before, as now might be very different.

Wisdom at Work brings together ideas, frameworks, and practices to help with this.  Even if you meet an entirely new situation, and don’t know how to deal with it, we can help you with ways to approach situations you’ve never met before.

That’s what we mean when we say “Know what to do when you don’t know what to do”.
